Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. These gift cards have no additional processing fees. After purchasing the e-gift card, you can then forward the gift card email to the recipient or print the gift card to give to them.
Please note: The recipient of the gift card cannot use a discount code as well when using the gift card, because only one code can be used at checkout.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a mistake was made on the part of the seller.
However, if you have any issues with your order or if it was damaged during shipping, please email us at kayti@ruffledblues.com within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements are accepted in these instances.
